Return Policy

RETURNS:   For repair or replacement, please contact our Customer Service Dept. by email at tcinfo@travelerchoice.com. You will receive a response within 24 - 48 hrs. of your email and a return authorization number will be issued. Please note that products returned to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted for repair or replacement and will be discarded without notice. We do not accept in-person or will-call drop-offs or pick-ups unless authorized by Traveler's Choice. Parent company of Coleman Luggage.

Damaged Goods Policy

In an unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, upon inspection, we will promptly replace the item free of charge (less S&H). A retailer's receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims. However, it is important to note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or airline mishandling.
